This is a 1:1 service where you tell us how much time you have to commit and we fit the programme around your life.
We expect you to do a weekly check-in form which takes 5 minutes per week, but other than that, we normally fit the exercises into the usual training that you are doing.
We typically work with people for 6 months depending on their goals, but most people stick with us for an average of 9 months.
(Though we have had clients who have been with us for 3 years and counting — most clients have multiple progressive goals and love the accountability.)
Going to the gym is not a requirement.
However, to make a full recovery, you may need to go to the gym once every 4–6 weeks to be tested.
The rest of your programme can be adapted to the equipment you have (and tailored to home workouts).
There may be times where you’ll need specific machines or heavier weights — if that’s the case, we’ll work around your preferences as much as possible.

Yes the majority of our clients have had pain or an injury for at least 6 months with many having had the problem for several years before reaching out to us.
In many of these situations we are able to help people get out of pain when they have failed with multiple other approaches.
This is designed to work around all situations and circumstances — work, travel, holidays — so you don't need a clear block of time to get started.
We're with you the whole way and will adjust the programme as your lifestyle, training, or work commitments change.
